Our programme starts with a free, time unlimited assessment which includes medical history taking, pulse and blood pressure checks and basic body composition measures. An initial gym based assessment to ascertain starting levels of fitness and function guides the next steps.
We recognise the importance of resistance training as well as aerobic fitness and use a variety of techniques to produce a programme that you can take forward, within 6-8 weeks.
